1. General Overview
Welcome to the bamar8 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between every player ("you" or "player") who uses the bamar8 website, mobile services, and all related services ("platform"), and bamar8 ("we").
By accessing this platform, opening an account, or using any of the services in any way, you confirm that you have read and understood all of these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are asked to stop using the platform immediately.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Age Requirement
To register and play at bamar8, you must be at least 21 years old. If we find that an account was opened with false information, it will be closed immediately and all remaining funds in that account may be frozen.
2.2 One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one account at bamar8. If duplicate accounts are found using the same National Registration Card number, bank account, or phone number, the bonus will be cancelled and the accounts may be closed.
2.3 Accurate Registration Required
The information you provide — your name, date of birth, and contact details — must be accurate and complete. If incorrect information is provided, we reserve the right to refuse withdrawals. To update your personal information, please contact customer service.
3. Account Management
3.1 Password Security
Your login credentials — username and password — must be kept to yourself and must not be shared with anyone. If you become aware that a third party has accessed your account without permission, notify us immediately. We are not responsible for any losses that occur if you fail to do so.
3.2 Account Records
Players can check their deposit and withdrawal history, bonus history, and game history on the platform. If you believe any financial record is incorrect, you may raise a dispute with customer service within 7 days.
3.3 Identity Verification
For large withdrawal requests or when suspicious activity is detected, we may ask you to verify your identity. These checks are in place to protect players and are carried out securely using SSL encryption.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit for all payment methods is 10,000 Ks. We accept the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay.
4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10–45 minutes. Please understand that processing may take longer when verification is required.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification
Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, and only to a bank or payment account registered in your own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
4.4 Fees
bamar8 does not charge any platform fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, please note that your bank or payment service provider may apply their own charges.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit, you will receive a 100% bonus up to 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 40,000 Ks to play with. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (for a 20,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 500,000 Ks).
5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements
- Bonuses may only be used on specified game types.
- Wagering progress records are openly displayed on the platform so you can check them at any time.
- If you attempt to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be forfeited.
- We reserve the right to cancel bonuses if they are obtained through methods not intended by the promotion, such as arbitrage or hedge betting.
5.3 VIP Cashback Program
There are 4 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can move up from Bronze to Platinum based on your wagering history. The weekly cashback available at each tier is: Bronze 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, and Platinum 1.2%.
5.4 Referral Reward Program
When you refer a friend, you will receive 10% of that friend's first deposit as a bonus (up to 10,000 Ks), plus 0.1% of their verified wagering amount as a weekly commission.
6. Game Rules
All games on the platform — slots, live casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, crash games, and football betting — are governed by these terms and conditions.
- The outcome of every game is determined based on server logs, and that determination is final.
- If a player gets disconnected due to network issues, software errors, or bad luck, all bet records will remain unchanged.
- If a VPN block occurs during play, any bets placed during that time may be voided.
- The response time to players' decisions will match the game provider's decision.
7. Prohibited Actions
If players attempt any of the following actions, their account may be immediately suspended and any remaining balance, including bonuses, may be frozen—
- Depositing using a payment method that is not in your own name
- Creating additional accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses
- Hacking or attempting to hack and modify the platform software
- Using third-party software (bots, scripts) to manipulate game outcomes
- Making deposits or withdrawals that appear to be money laundering
- Threatening staff or using inappropriate language
- Attempting to access another player's personal information without permission
8. Enforcement Rights and Intellectual Property
All content on the bamar8 platform — designs, software, code, games, graphics, and all related materials — is the legally owned property of bamar8. Players may not copy, distribute, or modify any of it except for their own personal use.
Players are granted a limited, revocable licence to access the platform and play games for personal use only. This does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
bamar8 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from a player's own gameplay, third-party hacking, or technical failures on the player's side, including those that occur after reasonable protective measures have been taken.
Likewise, the platform is not liable for delays or losses caused by outages from third-party services (payment processors, game providers). We will do our best to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.
10. Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Situations Where We May Suspend
If a player violates these terms, is suspected of money laundering, is found to be under 21, or is found attempting to hack the platform software, bamar8 has the right to close the account without prior notice.
10.2 Player-Initiated Closure
If you want to close your own account, you can request this through customer service. Any remaining balance will be returned after withdrawal requirements have been met.
11. Changes to Terms
bamar8 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
For significant changes, we will try to notify players via an in-account notification.
